Delivery time

At BoConcept we do not have all our products in stock, as most of our furniture is made just for you and your home.

Due to the continued impact of Covid-19 worldwide and the affect this is having on many industries, we are currently experiencing extended lead times on some of our furniture. We recommend contacting your local store for details.

Order change or cancellation

If you change your mind about your order, you can, of course, cancel or change it within 48 hours. For custom made items, however, you must cancel or change your order within 24 hours.

Returns

We are sure you will love your new BoConcept product, but if you're not quite happy with your accessory purchase, you can return the unused product to us within 7 working days for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund for products that are customised to your specifications. If you wish to return a customised product, please contact the store you purchased the item from and they will help you with your options.

Product claims

We work hard to ensure that all of our products are of highest quality, but in case there are any issues with the products you've received, please contact your local store as soon as possible. We will assess your claim as fast as we can and if valid, refund, replace or repair the product depending on the issue.
